Your Woobie Beans creation is designed to be a treasured keepsake. Each and every piece is handcrafted to order and especially for you from start to finish in our studio. This process will generally take approximately 2 weeks time (lead times may be a bit longer during peak holiday seasons).

Part of the art of hand stamped jewelry is every piece is a bit unique and no 2 pieces will ever be exactly the same. Letters may not be perfectly straight, spacing may be a little different between letters and names, etc.

This all adds to the uniqueness and charm of your custom design. I assure you, I never send out a piece of jewelry I would not be happy to receive. It is my personal quality control!

Returns

All personalized orders are considered custom order and no refunds are offered. I make every effort to double and triple check all orders before shipping. However, if I have made a mistake on the stamping of your custom design (i.e. misspellings or incorrect personalizations), please contact me at kelly@woobiebeans.com within 1 week of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or correction. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label for the return of your item. Your item will be replaced and/or repaired upon receipt of the original item.

Flash sale or closeout items are final sale only.  No refunds or exchanges are offered for these items due to the deeply discounted prices.

Please double check ring sizes before ordering any rings.  Stamped rings are not able to be exchanged for a new size as once the rings are stamped, they are not able to be reused.  Birthstone stacking rings may be exchanged for a different size, provided we have that size in stock.  The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for exchanged items.

If an item is lost in the mail, and proven to be non-delivered via Delivery Confirmation, I will replace the item at no cost to you. I am sorry, but I cannot be responsible for loss or theft of items that show delivered through delivery confirmation.

Refunds on non-personalized items will be at the discretion of the shop owner and only when the item is returned in new condition. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return postage for refund items is the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping charges are always non-refundable.

All components of your design are warrantied for 60 days from the date of purchase. This includes any defects that occur during normal wear, including loosened jump rings, chain breakages, or issues with birthstones/charms. Items with defects during this 60 day period will have the defective item replaced free of charge. After the 60 day warranty period, there will be a modest fee to replace any broken or loosened components of your design.

Please do not sleep or play sports in your custom designs or participate in activities which may cause undue strain on the chains.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail unless otherwise arranged prior to order placement. Domestic (US) shipping times are generally 3-5 business days. International times average 2-4 weeks but can take a month or more depending on your location. Rush orders are often able to be accommodated for an additional fee, but please inquire with me first about your needs.

International customers, please note your home country may require customs fees or VAT prior to delivery. These are a tax assessed by the home country and vary from country to country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer to pay and are not included in shipping charges.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover as forms of payment.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be added to orders shipped to North Carolina.
